Our in-house services enable us to supply accurate fabricated kits to our clients.
We are equally competent in supplying fully fabricated products as per client specifications and requirements e.g. Chutes, liners, pipelines, tanks, structures and pressure vessels.
Fabrication Facilities
BENDING
- 400 ton hydraulic press brake.
- Maximum 4000mm wide.
- Accurate bending of sheet and plate from I mm-16mm in multiple 'V' blocks with various bend radii.
GUILLOTINE CUTTING
- 3000mm hydraulic swing arm guillotine with motorized backstop.
- Accurate and repetitive cutting on up to 16mm plate.
ROLLING
- 350 ton hydraulic plate roller.
- Rolling of plate and flat sections to as little as 640mm.
- Maximum 3000mm length and 25mm thick.
Fabrication Facilities
DRILLING
- Maximum drilling diameter is 50mm.
- Counter-sinking maximum is 72mm.
- 1200mm vertical and 1800mm horizontal travels.
PROFILING
- Esab Suprarex SRX plasma/oxy-fuel combination.
- Plasma cutting thickness of 30mm.
- Oxy-fuel cutting thickness of 150mm.
- Dry extraction slatted bed of 3000mmx6000m
- Bevel cutting and etching.
WELDING
- Specialised manual Welding to International Standards.
