PLANNING SYSTEMS

MS Projects is our preferred planning software and is implemented with an activity based job card management control system. Job cards reflect daily production targets and progress is fed back into the project plan at the end of each day. Daily diaries report on productivity daily and detailed reports reflect productivity on a weekly basis. Daily Progress Meetings, review status and action required regarding Safety, Quality and Risk Assessments.
